As for me, talking to people helps to get distracted and relax. I try not to get in contact with people during the pandemic, so online chatting is okay too. wickedlist.com/ this one is pretty nice

Meditation works too. Also, I'd recommend adding some Basil Essential Oil Linalool or other essential oils to the aroma lamp during the meditation. it help to calm down and get more concentrated.

I personally prefer playing games, it helps a lot. I usually play cs: go often and always get additional skins via dmarket. Have recently got butterfly knife fade fade there.
